If you purchase the Company’s services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Somos Insurance LLC offers subscription text message programs. SMS consent and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use you will automatically be registered to accept or receive SMS, EMAIL, and CHAT. Also our Customers may ask their agent to enroll them in a text message alert program. Somos Insurance LLC will enroll you in SMS texting services and you will have an opportunity to confirm or decline the service via a reply to an initial text message you receive from your agent. By replying YES to our SMS texting message you are confirming a subscription to this text message program. Message frequency varies. Separate message and data rates may apply depending on the terms and conditions of your mobile device contract. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur. Please contact your mobile service provider about such charges. 

You may opt out of text alerts at any time. To stop receiving text alerts, text STOP to the number upon which you are receiving text alerts. After you submit a request to unsubscribe, you will receive a follow-up text alert from confirming that you will no longer receive text alerts. No additional text alerts will be sent unless you re-activate your enrollment to the text alert program. For questions about text alerts, text the word HELP.  We may, however, continue to send emails for transactions between you and Somos Insurance LLC.

Right to Deletion
